This is a fitness and dance class so you will be starting the class with a thorough warm up to get your heart rate up, followed by MSE (Muscle Strength and Endurance training) to get you fit for that pole. The class will finish with a cool down to stretch out all the muscles you never knew existed!


You will learn new dance movements so even if you have no previous dance experience, everything will be taught to you step by step so there is nothing to be scared of.


We sometimes do walking exercises and we have also done some chair dancing too!


*During your 6 week courses, you will be working on new tricks and spins according to your abilities and will be completing a full fun pole dance choreography by the end of each course.





                               



During the beginner's classes, you will learn simple spins linked by sassy dance movements making a small routine by the end of each lesson. This class is dedicated for those who would like to take their time to really get the basics right or for total beginners.

The mixed level classes will move along with a slightly faster pace and you will work on pole tricks after warm up, then on to dance routines. We will work on a pole dance routine for about 6 weeks at a time and really get to challenge ourselves!


This class is recommended for fast learners or those who have taken a few beginner’s pole lessons, although not essential. You will still be able to join even if you are a total beginner.

Join our 2 fabulous Sugar Pole Fitness instructors Lisa & Lis and learn some fun and sassy pole dance routines during each course.


During a taster session, you will learn the beginning part of a new choreography and have the opportunity to try out a lesson before committing to a course.  Regular students can also join in as this will be week 1 of your new routine.  No doubt you will love it!
