Mari’s classes
"I have been going to Mari's Cranfield classes for almost four years. I have no dance background at all other than on a Saturday night out with my friends! Who would think that a 48 year old could have been climbing a pole upside down in a pair of heels - doing dance routines to some really great music AND getting some very nice muscle tone along with it! It's not just a dance class or a fitness class - it's a social event and really really good for confidence boosting!....Great people...Great fun and of course a great teacher too!"

"Mari's pole dance classes are really good and challenging for all fitness and dance levels. The warm ups include strength training and dance style stretches which I really enjoy.
The classes themselves are varied which makes them interesting and ensures that you always try something new out each week. There is always a main routine to learn, and I like the way that you always learn a new part of the routine each week, so you can test your dance skills, pole tricks and memory all at once! When the routine is polished and put together, and you get to see students all performing the routine, there is a real sense of achievement of what has been learnt.
The classes are also very friendly - it has also been a great way to meet new people and I now have a whole new set of girl friends from class!
I have really toned up my body shape - not just the expected area of my arms, but all over, and most noticeably my belly! This was something I was not expecting! But obviously a very positive outcome! And my strength that I have now built up over the last year has really amazed me.
Mari as an instructor is very friendly and approachable. I love the way she does have a dance background, and incorporates this into all aspects of her pole fitness classes, as it really gels the pole moves together. Her fitness, suppleness and never ending energy is very inspirational! (KH)
Lis’s Bedford classes
I joined Lisa's class in Bedford just over a year ago. After having my second child I decided it was time to get my butt back into shape, but I was bored of the gym and my usual aerobics class, and that's when I stumbled across Sugar Pole Fitness on the Internet.
I was a bit nervous about starting something new on my own, but Lis and the other girls were so friendly and welcoming, and from the very first taster session I was in love with this type of fitness!
Watching Lis demonstrate spins and tricks to us is just amazing. I wont lie, trying them out can be difficult at times, but it is just sooo much fun! The great thing is we all help and support each other
until we master them, and of course it helps we have a fantastic instructor to teach us.
My favourite part of the class is learning the routines. I am in my element strutting around the pole in killer heels to the cute and sassy routines Mari puts together. Its amazing how sexy it makes you
feel.
By far, I am so glad I joined Sugar Pole Fitness classes. I have lost weight, toned up, gained strength, learnt how to dance, my confidence has shot through the roof and to top it off I have made some great new friends.

Lisa’s Wellingborough Classes
Lisa's classes are my highlight of the week. She so is patient, encouraging, constructive and makes you believe in yourself, that you can achieve anything with practice.
If I can hang upside down by one leg there is not much in life I can not do. Not only do you get fit but it builds your confidence and is very addictive.
The girls are so friendly and I never laughed so much. Learning the routines can be challenging but over 6 weeks, Lisa breaks down the routine and by the end you are a pole diva. What a great way to get fit, make friends and have fun with, of course a great teacher.
