6 WEEK COURSES
Fitness and Choreography
For those who want to train regularly with us, courses are a great way to keep the momentum going.
Courses are held once a week for 6 weeks and will consist of warm up, stretching, conditioning, spins and tricks. We learn as a group but are given individual attention where needed. Every other course includes choreography where each week we add to a routine which we perform together at the end of the course. Routines are a combination of dance, floor-work, spins, tricks and of course, sass!
Clean up your skills
If you can't commit to a whole course, students can drop in to our weekly drop-in sessions - open to everyone, no matter what level you're at.
These sessions start with a warm-up, stretch and condition, followed by a more focused approach on learning new spins, tricks and skills. Want to practice a trick but unsure where your legs need to go? Just ask! The beauty of a drop-in is you can focus on your own personal development at your own pace, with the assurance that a coach can spot or advise you.
Real focus on YOU
The ultimate fast-track to pole progression is best achieved in a private session. If you want to train with a friend, we have packages for up to 3 people.
Private sessions focus on getting you to a higher standard, ensuring you are executing spins and tricks correctly with 100% of the coach's attention.
It is understandable that pole can be a very daunting and demanding sport, so a private session is the best way to build your confidence.
£35/1 hour lesson, £100 for 3 sessions paid upfront.
Please note that there will be a £10 charge for cancelling less than 24hr prior to your lesson.
STRETCH & FLEX
Push past your limits
Making pretty shapes on the pole is often much easier the more flexible you are.
Our stretch & flex classes aim to complement your pole training - or any workout for that matter to help keep you supple whilst on and off the pole.
Classes are a combination of gentle flow stretching, area targeted stretches and partner stretches for the ultimate flexibility challenge.
Your space, your pace
Our Northampton studio is available for hire if you fancied getting some extra hours in on your own or with a small group.
Just be sure to remember that there will not be any instructors available to help you, and therefore Sugar Pole can't be held liable for any accidents.
You will have access to the music and lighting too so you can really get your groove on!
£20pp/hr or £10 each for up to 5 people sharing.
Hen Do, Birthday, Girls Night In?
Ever thought of holding a Pole Dancing party? Perfect for hen dos, birthdays or corporate events, our parties are great fun and will really bring everyone together.
Sessions are usually 1.5 hours long but can be tailor made to your needs.
Most parties work out to be around £20 per person. Your party includes a bottle of bubbly.

Hey, let's jam today?
Every so often we are blessed with a free weekend, so what better way to spend it than to round up the troops for a pole jam.
These sessions aren't suitable for beginners as they are not instructed, instead it's an opportunity to work on your own thang.
Jams are often followed by a group lunch at one of the local pubs, to restock on all those calories we have just burnt off ;).

Theme based learning
Pole fitness isn't just about the workout and that's why it's great to have a workshop once in a while to explore other elements of the incredible sport.

If there are spare spaces on the course, you may drop-in for £14 providing we're not too far along with the routine!
