So, the other day I was working on a completely new trick, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. Anyway, here's the trick in question:
It's a bit of an awkward one because you're holding the pole with your arm behind your back, and to get into this position in the first place is a bit long-winded.. but I can assure you it's worth it! Here's how to execute:
- Invert up with right leg hooking
- Pull your body up
- Release right hand and grab pole behind you
- Switch to left leg hook
- Drop right leg back and grab with left hand
Ta-da! Easy right?
