I’ve always been active mostly running and weight lifting (this gets real boring after a few years) I was looking for a new challenge – and I’ve found it! Sugar Pole Fitness combines strength & cardio with Fun!
Working in small groups of fab girls on a 6 week course we learnt new moves and some choreography at the end of each class – I’m on my third course now and loving it!
I was surprised what can be achieved in such little time working with the instructors and the group. Everyone in the classes have been really helpful and encouraging. If you are considering this as your next fitness challenge or just some time with the girls to have a laugh, go for it!
I’m looking forward to learning lots of new tricks and improve on my flexibility.
